We recommend a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice to allow time for your paperwork, planning, and creating a beautiful Long Acre Flower Farm experience. If your preferred date is within this timeframe, please get in touch and we will let you know what options may be available.

After this period, the deposit becomes non refundable as your date and services have been reserved specifically for you.
The remaining balance is required to be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your celebration. This allows us to have everything finalised and ready for your special day at Long Acre Flower Farm.

For everyone's safety and to help protect our gardens, children must stay out of garden beds, avoid climbing trees, and flowers must not be picked unless included as part of your experience. Please be aware that Long Acre is a rural property with wildlife, uneven ground, and unfenced waterways. These are all part of the charm of a working country farm, and we ask guests to take care and enjoy the surroundings responsibly.
Yes, pets are welcome at Long Acre Flower Farm, however we ask that dogs remain on a lead at all times while visiting the property. As a working rural farm, we share the land with native wildlife including kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, and other animals, so keeping pets controlled helps protect both your pet and the local wildlife. To help care for the farm and gardens, please keep pets out of garden beds and ensure all waste is collected and taken with you before leaving. Thank you for helping us keep Long Acre a beautiful and welcoming place for everyone.
Long Acre Flower Farm is a working farm with gardens, grassed areas, and natural pathways, so comfortable footwear is highly recommended. We suggest wearing shoes that you can comfortably walk in, as your celebration and photography may take place across different areas of the property. Please consider the weather conditions on the day, as some areas may be uneven or softer after rain.
As Long Acre Flower Farm is an outdoor working farm, we embrace the beauty of each season and the changing weather. We recommend planning for outdoor conditions and discussing any concerns with us before your day. If rain occurs, we have an undercover area available that can be used for your ceremony, allowing you to continue celebrating while still enjoying the charm and character of the farm.
